Mô tả chi tiết công việc

- Being contact point with customers/agent in order to guide/advise them on local handling procedures/papers

- Receiving Operations Guidance from Manager; executing and settling problems.

- Preparing documents for customs clearance for shipments both import/export sea & air

- Supporting & co-operating with other departments if requested by Management

- Reporting immediately for any irregularities/ problem and following-up problem solving

- Making monthly report

- Checking

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Female, University graduation, major in foreign trade or international business management is preferred.

- Mastering English, proficient in MS office applications, email exchange

- Proficient in Customs formalities is a must.

- At least 1 year of working experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics

- Good Communication and interpersonal skills

- Quick minded, carefulness, confidence, certainty
